Personal training is for clients who are interested in being held accountable for their fitness and body goals. Your program includes monthly measurements, body fat assessments, and weigh-ins, as well as personalized workouts with weekly home assignments and nutritional counseling. Your program is designed for you to stop wasting your time and get the most out of your fitness.
Working with a fitness professional is one of the most important investments you can make for yourself, and you start feeling the positive effects exercise can have on your life almost immediately. It is an experience that cannot only have significant health benefits and a huge impact on how you live your life; it is the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals.

For private and small group clients, your program begins with a preliminary evaluation that includes your body composition (percent body fat, circumference measurements, and weight) to monitor your progress, postural examination to determine inflexibilites and muscle strengths/weaknesses that may be causing functional discomfort, and a nutritional assessment to ensure a proper diet to maximize your results. Depending on your needs, I will assign you homework and specific workout programs that are designed to work within your busy schedule, and hold you accountable by expecting daily check-ins and logs to ensure consistency. Programs change every month or so to keep stressing your body to become stronger, to build your exercise library, and to keep you engaged so you don't get bored.
While I would love to have you as a client for the rest of your life, that is an unrealistic expectation. My goal is to give you the power and tools to reach your goals so you are in a life long maintenance phase, and the extra time you spend with me after is purely for our enjoyment.

This is an option for those who enjoy working out with friends, family, or with other clients of similar abilities and schedule availability as a more affordable option than private training. Each individual in this format is eligible for the same perks as private training such as individualized homework, nutrition counseling, and measurements for progress, and group size is between two and four people.

Most classes are hybrid, meaning there are clients working with Chelsey at her current gym location while others are participating virtually via Zoom (see note on class schedule). You will receive the same level of attention focusing on correct form and technique, and have the same opportunity to learn how to use equipment safely while working out with individuals from all over the world!
Equipment needed for virtual participants:
Be ready for a great workout experience! For virtual clients, this class takes place via Zoom, and you will be sent both the Zoom link and equipment list after our consultation. (Please do not share the zoom link with anyone unless you have been given explicit permission to do so!)
