FlexFit Studio provides safe and professional fitness program where people can achieve their fitness goals. Through education, support, and a functional training approach, I give clients the tools they need to build a strong foundation of fitness and improve their quality of life.
FlexFit is a sanctuary for those who crave individualized attention with their fitness, for those who need a friendly kick in the pants, and for those who don’t want the loud grunts of your typical gym - this is fitness made just for you! Whether you are looking to lose weight or body fat, become stronger, enhance your sport performance, improve your overall fitness or are recovering from an injury; you are taught the knowledge and build experience to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively.
If I am bored, I know you are, too! I understand that your motivation directly reflects your energy and the time and effort put into your programs. Your journey begins by taking your body composition (weight, body fat and circumference measurements) and perform an assessment to determine your limitations, imbalances, strengths and weaknesses. Depending on the results, I will work on rebuilding your biomechanical foundation through functional training or we enhance your current level of fitness. Form and technique is the name of the game, and with your goals in mind our focus is to teach you the skills in building your strength, stamina, balance and coordination and carry those skills with you for the rest of your life.
It is a priority for me that you know how to use your body to prevent injury and ensure advancement with your fitness. As you progress in your training, I incorporate elements of cardiovascular activity utilizing techniques such as high intensity interval training (HITT) for endurance, balance and stability by using tools such as the BOSU, and build strength by pushing your muscles to its maximum force production limits through heavy lifting. For online training, we utilize any equipment you have available as well as improvise with household objects. I aim to challenge you by pushing you past what you think your limits are, and we hope you are surprised by the person you become from your experience.


Online training is a great option to workout in the comfort and privacy of your home! You will receive the same instruction and individualized attention for your workouts as you would in person, and you will have the opportunity to learn how to creatively set up your equipment to give you the most effective workouts. Limited equipment is needed and are listed in the section below! During our initial consultation we will discuss each tool on the list (we can add more as you progress in your programming), set up your workout space for efficiency, and placement of your computer/tablet/phone for our video conferencing. I recommend the use of wireless headphones for clarity and to move around more freely!
This option is available for private, small group, and group classes (see info below and check out the group class schedule)

Working with a trainer in-person is a fantastic option for those who learn better hands on, enjoy having access to a variety of equipment, or are looking for inspiration being a part of a community. It’s a great excuse to get out of the house, provides a dedicated environment for accountability and professional support, and you have opportunities to learn exercises on machines and unique tools you wouldn’t normally have access to at home! Consistency is the name of the game, and your environment dictates your success.

In-home training offers all the benefits of virtual and in-person training, but in the privacy, comfort, and convenience of your home! If you have a fully equipped gym with machines and free weights - wonderful - if not, equipment can be brought to you to give you the most effective and tailored in-home workout. This service does come at a great cost to cover the travel time and personalized accommodations to support your lifestyle, but is a great option if you do not have time to travel or have young ones at home, are looking for a private experience, or are in need of flexible scheduling.
