Payment
We accept cash, check, and online payment (Venmo, PayPayl, Apple Pay, Zelle). Full payment for a session is due before the first class. Your space in a class is reserved when full payment is received. We only issue refunds if there is a medical emergency that inhibits you from continuing to workout, or if you are moving out of the area. It is a student's responsibility to inform the instructor if there is a change in their health status.
Cancellation Policy
We all have lives and unforeseen circumstances that come up, and I try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible. In general, the policy I should follow requires 18-hours notice for a cancellation, or it is charged as if the session had taken place. Exceptions are weather interference and a medical emergency. If the session can be rescheduled within that same week the charge is waived. I make this an option for many reasons, but the most important are that it holds you accountable to your goals, it shows that my time, well really, our time is being respected, and it gives my other clients an opportunity to fill the vacent slot or for me to make personal plans. Keep in mind that I, too, am a person and I can only do so much to maintain a healthy balance between my business and personal life.
