My first priority was to lose weight, but realistically I needed to get stronger and get more energy. It has been a slow process, but I am happy about it! One example I can give is that I can walk with my husband and not get tired after twenty minutes - and I can keep up with him! "When I started training with Chelsey it was a much different workout than I had experienced before. I was accustom to just lifting weights, doing three sets and moving onto the next muscle group. Chelsey introduced me to circuit training where I could rotate through three or so exercises at a time and keep my heart rate up. It was a much more satisfying workout and I really felt it the next day... in a good way. She also introduced me to using the TRX bands, lots of ab exercise and my favorite night, the boxing workout. I didn't realize how hard and fun boxing really was. Workouts aside, Chelsey is a really good person and very easy to talk to during the training and when I see her around town. Even though we no longer train together she still checks in occasionally to see how things are going. I still use some of the exercise that she has taught me to continue my training."
