If excercising by yourself is not working out for you but you have a limited budget, then try group classes! Join us for invigorating workouts with other members looking to spice up their routines, learn proper form and technique with the support from professional trainers, and to hold you accountable to your goals while motivating you to reach them!
Group classes are a truly special place to build community, give you a spark of inspiration, and a safe space to push yourself past your comfort zones. Our variety of classes are designed for all fitness levels, and we excell at providing modifications for most limitations (be sure to commuicate at the beginning of class to your instructor what your needs are, and they will do their absolute best to accomodate you!).
The schedule shown below currently has three classes available to join virutally (marked with (H))from anywhere! You will simply need to download the Zoom app on any device (phone, ipad, laptop), and connect with Chelsey to receive a very short list of needed equipment for your home or the private gym space you will be using to participate, and for the link. This is my personal and private Zoom code so please do not share it with anyone else unless you have been given explicit persmission to do so! There are many possibilities for setups to make this experience effortless and stress free. It is recommended to have your device propped (laptop) or on a stand (ipad or phone) at hip height to reposition it freely if you are about to workout off screen, or some homes stream/connect their device directly to a television for a bigger picture to follow along. I am more than happy to help you set up your workout space and test our Zoom connection whenever you need completely free of charge - I want you to feel confident, comfortable, and inspired by your workout space!

Where we embrace the 'fire' in your muscles, so you can walk like a robot the next day. Prepare to sweat, curse, and question your life's decisions - but you will look amazing doing it!

Power class: Because sometimes you just need to throw some weights around like you're having a good day - why not test your limits!

A full-body workout that uses a variety of cardio, weight training, and timing work to shock your muscles with something new!
It is impossible to describe and differentiate what to expect in the classes as they change every day. The programming for each class is dependent on the energy of each participant walking in, the feedback I get to understand their individual needs, and what we did in previous workouts. Planning
programs before classes was a very short lived experience for me, as I always ended up modifying half the workout because it wasn't what that person/group needed for that day, the flow didn't feel right, and it was distracting me from focusing and engaging with my class.
So the easiest answers is: expect the unexpected! Most every workout will be centered around building strength, but adding other modalities such as balance, yoga, cardio, recovery, flexibility, etc, and using every piece of equipment possible over time. The programming will also vary (circuit training vs. supersetting stations with a partner vs. hybrid workouts, etc), and all of these changes are to keep your muscles confused so they build to be strong, functional, and dynamic, AND so you don't become bored. The first class is always free, so come try it out and see if my style of training is for you!
