This is for the clients who are interested in being held accountable for their fitness and weight loss goals. With monthly measurements, body fat checks, weigh-ins, personalized workouts as well as weekly home assignments and nutritional counseling. This program is designed for you to stop wasting your time and get the most out of your fitness.
Working with a fitness professional is one of the most important investments you can make for yourself, and you start feeling the positive effects exercise can have on your life almost immediately. It is an experience that cannot only have significant health benefits and a huge impact on how you live your life; it is the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals.
Our program begins with a preliminary evaluation that includes your body composition (percent body fat, circumference measurements, and weight) to monitor your progress, postural examination to determine inflexibilites and muscle strengths/weaknesses that may be causing functional discomfort, and a nutritional assessment to ensure a proper diet to maximize your results. We assign you homework and specific workout programs that are designed to work within your busy schedule, and hold you accountable by expecting daily check-ins and logs to ensure consistency. Your program design changes every month or so to keep stressing your body to get stronger and keep you engaged so you don't get bored.
While we would love to have you as a client for the rest of your life, that is not realistic. Our goal is to bring you to a point where you have reached your goals and you are in a life long maintenance phase, and the extra time you spend with us after is purely for enjoyment.
