FlexFit Studio and Gateway Hills Health Club

I am back!  I worked as an independent contractor for Gateway Hills Health Club from 2014 until COVID, and I have now returned as a partner starting November 2024!  I am so excited to be bringing classes back starting in January 2025, and will be working very hard to reconnect the community to bring this place back to life!  I would love to share a brief description of their amenities as well as a few perks you will have if you work with me:

• Open 24/7 with security camera surveillance
• Free parking and WIFi
• Handicap accessible
• $29/month membership (regularly $49-$79/month)
  • You do not need a membership to work with me, however, you will not be able to use the facility unless you have an appointment with me
  • A membership gives you authorization to use the fields and courts outside of the gym (pickleball, tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyball)
  • Convenient admission into the rooms using the GymMaster app
  • NO contracts
• Corporate Memberships are available
  • Check with the company you work for as they may be paying for your membership!
• Access to five rooms for training
  • Main gym (open to regular membership)
    • Fully equipped with machines, free weights, benches, cables, etc; cardio deck; and stretching floor 
  • Cross training room (only open for personal training and group classes)
    • The largest training room designed for olympic lifting; lined with squat racks, slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells, cardio equipment, etc. 
  • Three medium size studios (open to upgraded membership)
    • Powerlifting: equipped with functional fitness and squat racks
    • General Fitness: mix of cardio equipment, free weights, cable machines, bench press racks, and surf boards
    • Boxing: speed bags, heavy bags of various sizes, double end bags, and resistance bands on a gym rig with attachments
• Bathrooms with lockers and shower access
  • Items cannot be stored overnight in the lockers
• Weightless Zone 
  • Available to purchase for nutritional support
